APARTMENT RENOVATION

Soho Triplex

For this project three apartments were combined to create an expansive triplex with a large roof garden in the heart of Soho. Existing 14’ high ceilings in the dining room easily accommodated the new steel structure required for the roof garden. An internal stair connecting the three floors was designed in a dramatic light well. Throughout, comfortable minimalist spaces provide a backdrop for living, entertaining, and the owners’ diverse art collections.
