RENOVATION AND ROOFTOP ADDITION

Creating a rooftop addition to combine with two floor-thru apartments in an Upper West Side townhouse required obtaining a variance with City Planning. The completed project is a unique triplex apartment. Two light filled stairwells connect a series of open living spaces leading to the penthouse and roof terrace with open southern views.  Minimalist details; wood ceilings and fences; and expansive glass walls, blur the lines between inside and out on the penthouse level.
