RESIDENTIAL LOBBY RENOVATION

Riverside Drive

The renovated entry lobby space combined the restoration of existing pre-war details with modern insertions including; a renovated mailroom; new steel and glass entry doors; and highly figured stone benches and walls in the foyer. A new millwork enclosure discretely houses a ducted air conditioning system. The design of the new elements is distinctly modern while remaining respectful of the existing pre-war details of this residential lobby.
