MIXED USE COMPLEX

Upper Manhattan

While still in the early planning stages the site for this project occupies the majority of an upper Manhattan city block. When finished, it will be home to a new public and charter schools; commercial spaces; and mixed-income housing. The development site which currently houses two schools in retrofitted factory buildings will be completed in phases so that the schools can run without interruption.
